Aube où pétille le champagne...
But tell me, where is the dawn?
L'Aube but that's... uh... yes, where is L'Aube?
But Aube is at the birth of Champagne, at the beginning of bubbles, 1h30 from Paris, 3h from Bourges, 1h from the bubbly town of Eperney, it's to the East, to the rising sun, where... La Réserve! This magical place where calm reigns supreme, where luxury is synonymous with sobriety, where the sublime swimming pool makes you feel like you're in a ryad in Marrakech and the zomes (magnificent inverted cubes in which you'll sleep right side up, dreaming under the stars from the glass roof) in a countryside far from the noise of the city, surrounded by birds, give you the impression that time has stopped at the right moment in the right place. And what can we say about the pretty bathroom with its glass ceiling, where birds can flap their wings and peek at your shower gel brand, privileged voyeurs... And then there's Christophe, who welcomes you so warmly, so kindly, full of little attentions that would make guests at the Cannes Film Festival swoon. With him, and thanks to him, it's no longer an impression that time has stood still in the right place at the right time. Luxury, calm and pleasure... It still exists! La Réserve de l'Aube is La Réserve du beAu, a well-deserved anagram. Many thanks Christophe and see you soon...

We spent a night in the zome ``le noyer`` on Valentine's Day. The room was well decorated and we were treated to a bottle of champagne and an eternal rose for the occasion. The facilities are top-quality and the cleanliness beyond reproach. The breakfast was very good, with fresh produce. Thank you very much for your warm welcome.

What can I say? Christophe is an exceptional host. We stayed for one night in the zome ``Le Cerisier`` and it was simply extra! The mattress was more than comfortable and despite the fact that we came in January (thinking we might be cold), well it was just the opposite, it was extremely warm in the room and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was all night until we woke up the next morning. The freshly prepared breakfast (especially the orange juice, which was simply delicious!) put an end to our stay on a very positive note. Once again, thank you Christophe for this little moment, we'll be back with pleasure!

``It was one of the best spot i've ever had and see in my life. Like something from other plant and feels like home. Wanna stay there more nights but we've got back to Paris. Highly recommended.

From arrival to departure, a stay in the Aube reserve is a journey to another dimension. A dimension of plenitude and peace, a world turned upside down, where everything less becomes more. The host's welcome is so warm that you feel as if you've always lived here, the feeling of being at home even stronger. The contrast between the modernity and design of the zome and the wooded, leafy surroundings makes for a comfortable, cosy return to our natural roots, the right balance for escaping the sometimes bitter reality of the city without forgetting its advantages. Everything has been carefully selected, from the choice of decoration to the finish of the technical equipment and utilities. All designed with the utmost respect for the environment, an eco-responsibility that deserves to be emphasized. The heated pool is another plus: whether or not you enjoy a swim, the mere fact of lying or sitting on the edge of the pool adds to the feeling of escape, pleasantly deepening the contrast without upsetting the balance. And to top it all off, the service is impeccable: Christophe, the reserve's host, is always available, smiling, caring and attentive. The breakfast, served in his pretty basket, is complete, varied, can satisfy everyone, and above all fills the stomachs very well. It's so plentiful. Before closing this testimonial, we'd also like to salute Christophe's talent as a cook. The vegan baskets we tasted were succulent, and the fact that he thought of offering an alternative is more than commendable, but the quality is also there, hats off to him.
